The rooms are good sized with 2 bedrooms. the setting is exceptionally nice and handy, so close to the nearest beach, town center, large skate bowl, and the wharf area. There's Kafe Friends within walking distance, offering tea, coffee, and desserts. Staff are fairly friendly.

We had a blast exploring the nearby beautiful beaches and going for thrilling hikes in the stunning native bush. The adventure park on-site was next level, with epic ziplines and a super cool obstacle course. It was a total paradise for young adrenaline junkies like us!
The only thing we wished for was a lively social area where we could hang out with other young party-goers and meet new friends. It would have been awesome to have a communal BBQ area or a chill-out zone with some cool music.

We stayed at Opotiki Holiday Park for a week after completing a bicycle trip. The unit was clean and modern, and the lady who ran it was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the river walkway and beach, and conveniently close to town. The kitchenette had proper mugs and the bathroom had a safe wet floor shower. The bedding, towels, and spare linen were adequate, and the room had a great heater to keep us comfortable. a great stay with accommodating managers.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The place was clean and comfy, making it the perfect hangout spot for us and our friends. The staff were super chill and went out of their way to make sure we had a rad time. Plus, being able to book multiple rooms meant we could party together all night long. Can't wait to do it all over again!
If there was one thing we could've asked for, it would be a bit more nightlife around the park. As young party animals, we were craving some late-night fun and dancing.

Great, a pool! Free parking too, like I'm the Queen. And guess what? They have a kettle! So kind of them to offer such luxuries.
Such a shame the pool chairs were broken and the WiFi was slower than my old maid.
